Development of the industrial parks creates an opportunity to fully unleash the investment potential of the region. First of all, the industrial park concentrates industrial production outside the historic city center and residential areas. Conditions are created for high-tech production and production with high added value, consolidation of production into clusters, which gives impetus to the development of SMART-specialization of the region. For the state and local communities, the industrial parks ensure socio-economic development of the respective territories.  

Vinnytsia Industrial Park was created with an aim of attracting investments into the economy of Vinnytsia city, improving the city`s investment image, providing employment and favorable conditions for development of the industrial enterprises and related business activities. The Industrial Park occupies an area of 35.7 hectares of the land plot located at 213, Nemyrivske shose street (view on map), equipped with all necessary technical communications. The Industrial Park has been set up for a period of 30 years. 

Priority industries according to the Concept of Vinnytsia Industrial Park: furniture production, repair and installation of machines and equipment; engineering; logistic and service. 

Investors – participants of the Industrial Park get a number of preferences. Namely, exemption from the infrastructure charges, privileges for imports from WTO member countries, exemption from customs duties (depending on the equipment and property type), land tax benefits, minimum rental rate, etc.

In 2020, Vinnytsia Industrial Park was recognized the winner of the competition Golden Site 2020. This competition was held within the framework of the Polish Aid for Development Project “Increasing the Competitiveness of Ukrainian Regions and Development of Polish-Ukrainian Economic Cooperation”.
