European road route E 583 Roman (Romania) – Beltsy (Moldova) – Vinnytsia (Ukraine) – Zhytomyr (Ukraine). The European highway "GO Highway" is a road route to connect Gdansk-Odessa, uniting the Ukrainian Black Sea ports of Odessa and Mykolaiv with Polish ports in the Baltic Sea in Gdansk and Gdynia.
