The pace and scale of Vinnytsia Industrial Park infrastructural development almost has not decreased in recent months. After all, the Industrial Park can be a magnet for powerful industrial investment only if it has a developed infrastructure.
The construction and installation work on the arrangement of the ground for the future concrete road with a thickness of 22 cm and a length of 1 km continued in recent months. The works were carried out on the area of Proectna street 12А that adjoins to Vinnytsia Industrial Park.
What have been done:
- The development of soil with a volume of about 34 thousand cubic meters, backfilling with granite mixture of 30 thousand cubic meters has been performed. The reinforced concrete foundations for 33 pillars (47 is planned) have been arranged. The power cable with the length of more than 900 m from the transformer substation to the pillars has been laid. The installation of 33 pillars with LED lamps has been done. As for today, this is more than 70% of the planned volume of lighting work.
- Full-fledged engineering communications of the Industrial Park are arranged, namely: laying of the gas pipeline, storm sewer, construction of the pumping stations for water supply and drainage. Almost 2.5 km of the power lines have been laid and the transformer substation TP 986 for 10 kV/0.4 kV has been built. Almost 7 km of the water supply and sewerage networks have been laid along the Nemyriv highway near the Industrial Park.
It is planned to arrange the cycle paths, sidewalks, and modern parking for 80 places. Despite the difficult economic situation that has arisen, the completion of works on arrangement of Vinnytsia Industrial Park infrastructure is a priority for Vinnytsia City Council.
