The Ukrainian producer of professional security systems Ajax System has received investments from Horizon Capital in the amount of $ 10 million.
The investor redeemed shares at Ajax Systems in the SMRK venture capital fund, which invested $ 1 million in 2015 and in the company’s management. Horizon Capital is interested in the future vision of the Ajax Systems product, as well as the growth of export volumes. The strategic goal of investors is to bring Ajax Systems to an IPO, that is, issue shares of the company for public sale / purchase.
